Enrollment Fee:Kindergarten – Eighth Grade: $100 Application fee $450 Enrollment fee (non-refundable)

Enrollment Process: The application fee must be paid with the completed application.  A copy of your child's birth certificate and a completed TN immunization record must also be included

• Complete a tour with a LCCA Administrator
• Submit application to a LCCA Administrator: application, last two report cards (if applicable), copy of birth certificate and updated immunization record
• Application Review: LCCA Administrators review each prospective student file with the appropriate forms and records
• Complete a family interview with LCCA Administrator
• Submit enrollment fee upon completion of interview and acceptance to LCCA
