Kindergarten  - Fifth Grade
(2024-2025 School Year)

Application Fee:  $100
Enrollment Fee: $495

The application fee must be paid with the completed application.  A copy of your child's birth certificate and a completed TN immunization record must also be included

1. Complete a tour with a LCCA Administrator
2. Submit application through FACTS: application, last two report cards (if applicable), copy of birth certificate and updated immunization record
3. Application Review: LCCA Administrators review each prospective student file with the appropriate forms and records
4. Complete a family interview with LCCA Administrator
5. Optional: Complete Elementary Tuition Assistant Request ($45 application fee). The Tuition Assistance Committee will meet to consider the application and determine any TA award (steps 1-4 must be completed prior to request)
   
6. Submit enrollment and upon acceptance to LCCA
